'더 리빙 6'는 전체 면적 54m²의 풀퍼니스드 하우스로 완벽한 라이프스타일을 지향하는 현대인을 위해 공간감을 극대화하고 건축가가 선별한 가구와 소품으로 세련된 분위기를 연출하며 단순한 주거 공간의 제공을 넘어서는 새로운 생활 방식을 제안합니다.

 

공간을 넘어 라이프를

디자인하다

공간을 최대한 효율적으로 디자인하였습니다. 편안한 주거생활에 필요한 만큼의 공간이 확보되어 있고, 실내 공간을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 붙박이 가구로 제작되어 있고 침실 2개, 욕실, 넓은 현관 및 주방⋅거실이 있습니다. '더 리빙 6'의 특화공간인 개방형 테라스가 있어 개방감을 더 했습니다.

큰 창문을 통해 들어오는 자연광은 실내의 분위기를 더욱 밝고 생동감 넘치는 공간으로 만들었습니다.

목재 바닥과 천장은 자연스러운 질감을 더해 주면서, 따뜻한 색상의 목재가 풍부한 햇살과 어우러져 포근한 분위기를 만들어냅니다.

개방감 있는 거실과 주방은 가족 모두가 함께 시간을 보내기에 최적화되어 있습니다. 목재를 중심으로 한 가구와 마감재는 세련되면서도 편안한 라이프스타일을 지원합니다.

별도의 침실 두 개는 개인의 프라이버시를 보장하며, 현대적인 욕실은 기능성과 스타일을 모두 갖추고 있습니다. 공간마다 흐르는 자연적인 요소는 건강한 생활 환경을 조성합니다.

'개인화된 라이프스타일'을 핵심가치로 두고 공간을 디자인하였습니다. 각 타입별로 거주자의 독특한 생활 방식과 취향을 고려하여, 개성이 반영된 생활 공간을 조성하는 데 초점을 맞췄습니다. 자연광을 최대한 활용하며, 실내⋅외의 경계를 모호하게 만드는 디자인을 통해 자연과 더욱 가깝게 연결하도록 디자인하였습니다. 큰 창과 스카이라이트를 통해 자연의 빛과 공기가 실내로 들어오도록 하고, 공간에 따뜻함과 안정감을 줄 수 있는 마감재를 사용하였습니다.

우리나라는 아직까지 주거공간에 대해 보수적이고 경험치에만 의존하는 경우가 많은 거 같아요. 아마도 오랜 아파트 생활에 익숙해진 결과인 것 같습니다. 주거공간도 자신의 데일리 패션처럼 컬러와 개성을 들어내고 유행에 민감해졌으면 좋겠습니다. 작은 모듈러 공간이지만 전형적인 아파트 라이프의 유니폼을 벗어 던지고 감각적인 라이프 스타일을 경험할 수 있도록 설계했습니다.

"Avoiding the commonplace modular type often found today, we also avoided repetition and mundanity."

It is imperative that the modular system provides interest, speaks to it’s environment and is dynamic in nature, so that the home can stand alone in it’s chosen setting, but can also provide an interesting ‘Hamlet’ of homes that can suit any environment. It is important to remember that as humans we design and build our environment, but then our environment plays an important role in forming what we shall become.
